lighter structure that eliminates the need for load bearing internal walls
are some of the main benefits. Plus, the flexibility of timber frame
technology allows for creative modification of existing structures.

Timber framed homes and buildings also benefit from improved fuel efficiency, typically reducing heating bills by 20 to 30%. Today, all buildings must conform to new thermal efficiency standards and timber is a natural insulator, enhancing the efficiency of other insulation materials.
